Integrated management system (ims)

Anchored to the strong foundation of International Standards, INSEE Cement has implemented our very own Integrated Management System (IMS), which seamlessly dovetails all of INSEE’s standards management systems into one complete framework. This has enabled us to evolve into a more intelligent, advanced and improved organization working towards unified objectives using the simple, yet effective ‘Plan – Do – Check – Act’ cycle.
