We believe in gaining mutual benefits by strategically sharing and exchanging skills and resources from specific areas of expertise, adding long-term value and new dimensions of knowledge to both our organization and our stakeholders. While our construction vertical is supported by alliances within the INSEE group, we have also explored other alliances across multiple facets of our operation.
We create long-term value through our alliances across two broad focus areas: Social and the Environmental value creation. We have been partnering with educational, vocational and governmental organizations in Sri Lanka as well as other similar foreign bodies to foster a culture of learning and innovation across multiple industry stakeholder groups. From professionals to aspiring students, from masons to engineers, we focus on bridging skill gaps, expanding knowledge, and improving their career opportunities and livelihoods.
We have also nurtured long-term alliances to benefit the ecosystems in which we operate. We have partnered with the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) to rehabilitate our limestone quarries into their previous state. We have also partnered with the IUCN and the National Aquatic Resources Research and Development Agency (NARA) to conserve the endangered coral reef in the south coast of Sri Lanka, another locality in which we operate.
